Yes. Every TsukasaJames strap is handmade in Japan, one by one.

2. How long does it take to make my strap?

Most straps are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for production before shipping.

3. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes. Custom orders are available. Please contact us through the Contact page or Instagram DM to discuss details.

4. Can you make a longer strap for me?

Possibly. Depending on the design, we may be able to accommodate a longer custom length. Please contact us before ordering.

5. Can you make a shorter strap for me?

Possibly. Depending on the design, shorter custom sizing may also be available. Please contact us before ordering.

6. Are your straps suitable for both guitar and bass?

Yes. TsukasaJames straps are made for both guitarists and bassists, especially those in rock and metal.

7. Will your straps fit my guitar’s strap buttons?

In most cases, yes. If you are unsure about the size or fit, please contact us before ordering.

8. Are these straps made only for looks?

No. TsukasaJames straps are not made as decoration alone. They are made with attention to balance, durability, fit, and real stage use.

9. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to selected countries. Available destinations will be shown at checkout.

10. Is shipping included in the price?

Yes. Standard international shipping is included in the product price unless otherwise stated.

11. Are import duties or taxes included?

No, unless otherwise stated. Import duties, VAT, local taxes, or customs handling fees may apply depending on your country, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

12. What kind of leather do you use?

Our straps are made primarily from genuine cow leather. Depending on the design, the leather type and construction may vary.

13. Will the leather change over time?

Yes, but the degree of change depends on the type of leather. Some leathers develop more visible character over time, while others change more subtly.

14. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning anything. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

15. Can I return a custom or made-to-order strap?

No. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
