Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@tsukasajames.com before sending the item back. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because many of our items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom, made-to-order, or personalized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in cases of damage, defect, or receipt of the wrong item. If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, except where an exception applies under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
