Shipping Policy

1. Production and Shipping Timeframe (Made-to-Order)

All of our products are made to order. Production begins after your order has been confirmed.
The estimated delivery time is approximately one month, including production time and shipping preparation.

Please note that during busy periods or depending on material availability, production and shipping may take longer than usual. In such cases, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship both domestically and internationally.
Available shipping destinations can be confirmed at checkout.

Please note that shipping costs are included in the product price.

3. Tracking Number

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.
Please note that tracking information may take approximately 24 to 72 hours to appear due to the carrier’s system processing time.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance, and the shipping carrier’s operations.
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, natural disasters, customs procedures, international conditions, or other unforeseen events.

5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Clearance Fees (International Orders)

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes such as VAT, and customs clearance fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not collect or prepay these fees on the customer’s behalf unless otherwise stated.

Failure to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other required charges may result in delivery delays, return of the package, or disposal by the carrier or customs authority.

Please note that tax rates and fees vary by country and region. For details, please contact your local customs office or shipping carrier.

6. Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address, relocation, long-term absence, refusal to accept delivery, or any other reason preventing successful delivery, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping and any related handling fees.

Please make sure to check your shipping address carefully before placing your order, including the street address, building name, apartment number, and postal code.

7. Cancellations or Changes After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations, changes to the shipping address, or changes to the order contents cannot, in principle, be accepted.

If there is any mistake in your order information, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment.

8. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the outer box, packing materials, and the item’s condition. We will review the situation and respond accordingly.

If shipping damage is suspected, we may ask for your cooperation in filing an investigation with the shipping carrier.
